Donation Fulfillment Policy

About Our Donations

St. George Syrian Orthodox Church accepts donations to support our ministry, community programs, and church operations. All donations are processed securely through Stripe and are used exclusively for religious and charitable purposes.

Donation Processing

• Processing Time: Donations are processed immediately upon completion of your transaction
• Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation of your donation within 24 hours
• Currency: All donations are processed in USD ($)

Tax Receipts

St. George Syrian Orthodox Church is a tax-exempt religious organization.

• Tax Receipt Requests: To request a tax receipt for your donation, please email contact@stgeorgesoc.com with your donation details
• Annual Statements: Annual donation statements for tax purposes can be requested by emailing contact@stgeorgesoc.com
• Processing Time: Tax receipts and annual statements will be provided within 10 business days of your request

Donation Refunds

While donations are generally non-refundable due to their charitable nature:

• Refund Requests: If you need to request a refund due to an error or exceptional circumstances, please email contact@stgeorgesoc.com
• Review Process: All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis
• Processing Time: Refund requests will be reviewed and responded to within 5-7 business days
• Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days
